We all love the sound of our own voice, but let's make sure our audience is actually having fun. Accurately explaining your services and telling Google's SEO critter all about ourselves is important – but we don't do "words for the sake of words" here.

Friendly and personable over corporate and clunky. 
I like sounding like a human being, because, well, it's 2021. Who has time for purple prose and egocentric About pages? Our modern clientele is sick of the corporate villain: sleazy salespeople. So let's be that knight in shining armor.

Intelligent empathy over one-size-fits-all. 
I don’t write for me. I don’t write for you. I write for our target audience. Let’s find out who they are and what they're up to: Scholarly? Skeptical? Brave? Worried? Irreverent? Then we'll write words that speak straight to their hearts and minds. (And, preferably, wallets.)
